While you sound disappointed that there isn't a new book on the market yet or ever, your post is very rude to Earl and his family. I can tell you that after being involved with publishing myself for over 25 years, that it just isn't as simple as you would like it to be, write a book and get it past the publishers etc. etc..
Accusing Earl of being anything less than totally honest and of the highest integrity would be very wrongheaded of you. Let's try to keep this wonderful site as nice and as useful to many people as it is intended.I personally think you should jot a quick apology to Earl and his gang..........Jack Baker
