Thanks for the link Rick. What tunes have you been playing lately? I have been picking
Chariots Of Fire and Silver Eagle myself.

Hi Randy - you have great taste! I love those and also like Earls version of 9 to 5. I have been listen to the old recording of Papa Played the Dobro - trying to pick up on the catchy lick Earl does right about the time Lester "mimmicks" the sound of the Dobro. If you pick up on it I'd love it tabbed out. PS I saw you at the Ryman when Earl was there a little while back but did not get a chance to catch up with you. It was a great show wasn't it.

Oh yes, the Ryman concert was wonderful. What a crowd there to see Earl. Wish we could of caught up with each other. Next time maybe we can do some picking. I will get my F&S record out and take a listen to the tune. I know what lick your talking about. I can hear it in my head. 9 to 5 is a great tune. I always thought Dolly and Earl should of recorded it together for an album. Ring of Fire is another favorite tune. He plays some real fine back up on this.
I was listening to Back Door Lover Ain't Got No Cover a few days ago. Earl's banjo work is just amazing on this.
