Well Tonight I hit the jackpot. I went to the new Half Price Books and Records shop that opened up here last week. I went to the used albums. First thing I found was a near mint F&S "Changin' Times" album. I also went to the used books etc. and found a mint 1969 Country Music Calendar. It has a great photo of Earl in it. I'm playing the album as I write this and there doing "Four Stong Winds". Earl is doing some fine backup work on this tune. I always admired Earl's later music of the F&S period. He did some great tunes as the name of this record states. This was a very exciting time for Earl. He was laying the groundwork for bigger things to come. It is good to hear this album again. It has been awhile.
